On the rare occasions when something’s not right, the friendly professionals in our Administrative department are ready to listen and take action quickly to resolve the issue. We use an independent system to track our invoices, contracts and fulfillment records to check for administrative errors. Each month, our billing accuracy score is a report card that helps us understand how we can build on what we’re doing right and define areas where we can improve, to give our customers a better experience with Thermocopy. Our current billing accuracy score is 99.6%. The year-to-date U.S. average for our industry is 87.6%.
