For the third year in a row, Thermocopy has been honored as one of the country’s highest-ranked dealers in Ricoh’s Prestige Certification Program.
Ricoh’s Prestige Program (Service Engineer Assessment) consists of two tracks—hardware and technology-related. Of the total 1,674 Ricoh Family dealer technicians participating, 115 technicians earned Prestige Certification in either the hardware or technology categories. At Thermocopy, we had 11 of our great technicians in this upper echelon of service knowledge and skill.
Nationally, 899 technicians participated in both the hardware and IT tracks of the assessments—known as Prestige Elite certification. Of those participants, only 12 achieved Prestige Elite Certification. In addition to our 11 Prestige Certified techs, we are very proud of two Thermocopy technicians—Brian Lee and Tony Walker—who earned Prestige Elite status.
Ricoh Representatives Steve Kesler (South Region Service Support Manager) and Ric Carr (Technical Support Manager) traveled to Knoxville today to present award plaques to our top-achievers. The entire team of Thermocopy employees were in attendance for the presentation of awards and our techs received a round of applause for their continued excellence.
Of 373 total Ricoh Family Group Dealers in the U.S., Thermocopy is one of only 69 that are 2018 Circle of Excellence winners.
