Thermocopy Receives National Recognition As An Industry Leader

Ricoh held its national dealer conference, called “Convergence 2010,” in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 19-22. There were over 1,000 Ricoh, Savin and Lanier dealers in attendance and this event was the first time all brands were represented together at a united dealer meeting. Mark DeNicola, our CFO and Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, represented Thermocopy at Convergence 2010, and came back to Tennessee with prestigious industry accolades for our company.
At the Southern Region Dealer Awards presentation, Thermocopy was one of only two dealers honored with a Partnership Award representing Outstanding Sales for fiscal year 2009. This was quite an honor as there are over 180 Ricoh dealers in the Southern Region.
Then, to add to that honor, we were recognized at the National Dealer Awards Ceremony as one of the top three finalists in the nation for sales growth during fiscal year 2009. There are over 1,000 Ricoh dealers in the nation.
This industry recognition shows that, despite the challenges of the current economy, Thermocopy has continued to thrive and bring our customers great products and service.
