Feedback from “Raving Fan” Customers

Here are a couple of email messages we received recently from “Raving Fan” customers…

We are so pleased with our new copier purchase and installation from Thermocopy! We had a very positive experience with each step of our new equipment purchase. Matthew Coleman and Paige Dean worked very hard to get us the equipment that we needed at a good price. They ensured that we got our device very quickly, which was wonderful since our old machine was hanging on by a thread! Once the equipment arrived, Tony Walker came out to install and he was FANTASTIC! He took our old set up that was a mess and streamlined the whole process for us. Tony was able to do in just a few hours, what other companies couldn’t do for us in four days! He set up the machine exactly how I requested it and I felt very confident using it after his training. Then Matt and Paige came back for additional training for our office—above and beyond!! I’ve even been impressed with the technical support line, as I called in to get a setting changed on our machine and they had me fixed in under 5 minutes! I would highly recommend the Thermocopy team to anyone looking to purchase a new piece of office equipment.

Computers & IT Help for Boys & Girls Clubs

Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee ValleySince 1964, Thermocopy has been actively involved in making East Tennessee a great place to live, work, and grow. We’ve been proud to support the good work of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley for many years with both material donations and volunteer time. We wanted to share a recent letter we received from this great organization that serves local youth (sent to Thermocopy’s Steve Sumner, Helen Hewitt and Todd Sheppard). We appreciate Lisa Hurst’s kind letter, and want to say thank you right back for everything the Boys & Girls Clubs do for children in our area. Visit BGCTNV online to learn more.

Dear Steve, Helen, and Todd,

Thank you so much for taking time to meet with me, the computer donations, and the use of your most precious resource—time!  Thermocopy is an incredible community partner and the Boys & Girls Clubs is so fortunate to have you on our team! Without passionately committed individuals like Helen, and companies who believe in making our community a better place by reinvesting, we could not serve some of our community’s most vulnerable youth. Thermocopy is truly appreciated and valued. Todd, thank you for working with our in-house IT staff  to conduct a Technology Health Assessment. Steve, thanks for loaning us your AMAZING Thermocopy team!!

Thermocopy Employees Celebrate the Season by Giving Back to Our Community

Thermocopy visits LeConteThermocopy Brings Holiday Cheer to the Seniors at LeConte Nursing Home in Sevierville
This year, our company chose LeConte Nursing Home for our “official” holiday philanthropic project. On Friday, December 2nd, a group of our employees visited this Covenant Health residential community in Sevierville with Christmas bags full of goodies—some useful (like slippers and blankets) and some just for fun (like DVDs and large-print puzzle/games)—to help make this December more joyful for seniors who may not otherwise receive holiday gifts. The nice folks living at LeConte really enjoyed their gifts, and we enjoyed meeting everyone there and wishing them a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Our Second Harvest Donations
Thanks to the generous donations of food and money from our employees, our own Nichi Holbert delivered 107 cans of veggies and soups, 6 cases of ramen noodles, 2 jars of peanut butter, 43 packages of pasta/potatoes/etc. and $290.00 in cash to the Second Harvest Food Bank. This will help feed hungry families in our area this holiday season. Thank you!
