We had a great turnout for the Productivity Possibilities luncheon yesterday at the UT Conference Center downtown. Our guests enjoyed a lunch buffet and listened to an inspiring and humorous talk from Joan Cronan, the Director of University of Tennessee Women’s Athletics. Steve Sumner, president of Thermocopy, presented Joan with a check for $1,000 to benefit the Lady Vols Athletic Scholarship Fund. The second part of the luncheon was an informative session in the auditorium where our guests learned about PPDM (Personal Paperless Document Manager) — an innovative solution that allows users to scan, archive, route, print, copy, email and create fillable forms directly from their Ricoh MFP touchscreen and beyond. This was a great seminar. The attendees were engaged right from the start and really interested in the productivity enhancer Personal Paperless Document Manager.
Great event – Way to go Thermocopy ! Regarding PPDM, this kind of open forum allowed customers/prospects to interact with industry professionals and also exposed them to comments and remarks from other guests that opened the proverbial flood gates with questions of how PPDM would work in their office. People were very excited when introduced to PPDM and learning how it can foster greater productivity & efficiencies within their company. It was obvious that PPDM really impressed the customers and prospects that attended the luncheon by the buzz that continued well after it was over.
This was a great time. Joan Cronan gave a great speech and the presentation by management was informative for us and the customers.

What a great venue – Joan Cronan kicked off the seminar with a motivating speech, followed by an exciting reveal of the PPDM product by Thermocopy’s Sales Leadership.
