Has Your Business Made Steps to Go Green?

2011_green_business_gogreenetGoGreenET is seeking to recognize businesses that are just starting on their green journeys and those who have already taken significant strides. The Green Business Recognition Program, a partnership of Thermocopy, KUB, the Knoxville Chamber and the Greater Knoxville Business Journal, seeks to help businesses save money, create goodwill among employees and customers, and promote Knoxville as a green place to do business.

Participants in the 2011 Green Business Recognition Program will be recognized in the Greater Knoxville Business Journal’s Green Issue in April 2011, in GoGreenET.com’s online directory, and at the Knoxville Chamber’s Green AM Exchange networking event on April 21, sponsored by Thermocopy.

Here’s how to get involved: DOWNLOAD and complete the Green Business Recognition Program survey and email it to news@knoxvillebiz.com by March 4, 2011.

Special recognition as an Outstanding Achiever requires a written description of your eco-successes in one of five areas—Recycling/Waste Reduction, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, and Community Outreach.
