Full Support for Infrastructure or Enterprise
Our Managed IT for Infrastructure packages provide a comprehensive and scaleable IT management platform for your entire core infrastructure assets (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and servers) for a single, per server price. The Infrastructure packages provide unlimited remote support for these assets along with ongoing preventative maintenance, monitoring and administration.
Our Managed IT for Enterprise packages bundle all the components of the Infrastructure offering with management of individual desktop computers and 24/7 access to a full service IT helpdesk, for a single per PC price. With a Supportworks Enterprise package, your business has on-demand access to support from a full IT department at a fraction of the cost.
Every Supportworks Managed IT package provides support with a best practice foundation and framework for standardization, optimization and automation of common IT tasks and processes and is available in two schedule options: (a) 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, or (b) 24 hours, 365 days.
Your Virtual CIO
Each Supportworks MIT package includes access to a Virtual CIO (vCIO) who provides ongoing recommendations and IT guidance on a quarterly basis. The vCIO will meet with your business quarterly to review past performance, metrics, and benchmarks based on objective measures and data. The vCIO will also address what needs to happen next, including budgeting and planning for each quarter and the year overall. This approach means your information technology needs will be addressed in a proactive, rather than reactive, way. Our specialists can pinpoint issues before they surface, helping your business avoid expensive downtime and other complications.
Affordable Data Protection That You Can’t Afford to Be Without

Supportworks Data Protection is our on and offsite data backup and disaster recovery solution providing an onsite appliance that can backup any Windows, Linux and Mac computer, as well as SQL and Exchange, without the use of additional software or agents. The solution also backups the data into the cloud and is completely configurable as to structure, performance, size, and schedule. Our Disaster Recovery component provides the ability to “spin-up” a virtual bare metal image of the system that has failed onto the device (granted disk space is available) allowing the business to be up and operational in 2 to 6 hours—instead of days—until a new server or desktop arrives.
